Colombia - Ubaque

This is a delightful balanced coffee from Ubaque - Colombia.
Super nice and sweet with a mix of brown sugar/molasses, red apple and some orange tones.
Enjoy this coffee both black or with milk.
 
ABOUT THE ORIGIN:
Ubaque’s topography is full of mountains with a very rich biodiversity thanks to a changing climate. It is located in the Oriente province in Cundinamarca Department. This province is 50km east of Bogota.
The name of the town comes from a bush of red sap, Ybaque, which means the blood of the wood. We collaborate with UBACAFE. The association was constituted in 2010 with 50 hectares of crops under shade. UBACAFE works with approximately 35 coffee families who produce only high-quality coffees.
