This new Microlot from Guatemala is a delicious and sweet coffee.
It's sugar cane sweetness, married with delicate chocolatey and tropical fruit notes makes this coffee enjoyeable black or with milk whichever way you prefer to brew it.
You'll also going to find this microlot clean and with medium acidity.
This coffee is graded as SHB, which stands for Strictly Hard Bean. This grade ensure the coffee is grown at altitudes greater that 1350m, and results in denser coffee beans and therefore more packed with notes of deliciousness.
About the farmer:
Rodulfo Lopez is a 61-year-old coffee farmer from Aldea El Coyegual in the municipality of San Antonio Huista. He has work in coffee for over 40years and has been a member of the Esquipulas Cooperative (Coopesqui, R.L) for 6 years.He is a member of the “Baluarte Slow Food” project that champions special coffees from the highlands of Huehuetenango.
